Right Up My Ali

So I’ll start this post off with an acronym, WWBWD.  What Would Blair Waldorf Do.  I can’t take credit for this acronym, my friend Georgia enlightened me when I mentioned that I’m a smoke and mirrors gal – TBE.  Oh and if you don’t watch Gossip Girl and don’t get this reference, then you should probably go KYS and stop reading my blog immediately. 

The thing is I have a drawer full of headbands and I’m addicted to them.  I think they are the perfect touch to any outfit AND make you look like a completely respectable lady.  When is the last time you saw a sister on Girls Gone Wild wearing an adorable rosette headband?  Or when is that last time you saw a woman in Playboy rocking a black satin bow in her hair?  Since none of us look at Playboy this is just speculation so boys please hold your challenges.  SO when you’re getting reads in the morning you need to simply ask yourself, WWBWD.  I’ll tell you what she’d do, she’d put on an equal parts conservative and adorable outfit, minimal make up (bronzer, mascara, lip gloss), blown out hair, headband, and probably no underwear.  She may look like a lady, but that most certainly doesn’t mean she has to act like one.  Parents will love you, coworkers respect you, and the boys…well they’ll think you’re just the sweetest gal this side of the Mississippi until about midnight.  One Johnny Walker Black on the rocks please!
